Two problems
Support and comfort are not the same job.
Most mattresses solve both with the same five centimetres, which is why fixing one makes the other worse. Softer for the shoulder means less under the hip. Firmer for the back means pressure at the shoulder.
Ours separates them. The core holds. The layer adapts.

Why zoning matters for a back
Your hips are the heaviest part of you and they sink first. On a single-tension mattress that tips the spine out of line for eight hours a night, and you feel it at seven in the morning rather than at eleven at night.
Seven zones put the firmest springs exactly where the load concentrates, so the heaviest part of you is held level with the lightest.
Each spring works alone
Individually pocketed, so movement does not travel. One person turning over does not move the other side of the bed.
Adjust to Desire
You do not have to get it right.
Which is fortunate, because nobody can. Firm or soft, medium or medium firm - it is an impossible question to answer in a showroom and a costly one to answer wrong.
So you do not answer it. Every mattress arrives the same. Sleep on it for a month, tell us where it is wrong, and we make a new comfort layer to that description. With our compliments, worth £299.
