Hotels, serviced apartments, short lets and developments. Built to your specification in any quantity, in sizes most contract suppliers do not carry, and delivered room by room.
Why made to order
The bed fits the room,
not the other way round.
Contract mattresses are bought from stock, which means the size range is whatever the warehouse holds and the specification is whatever was made last quarter. Rooms get fitted around the mattress.
Nothing of ours is built before you order it, so a room that takes 160 by 200 gets 160 by 200.

Every size we make, British through Australian. If a room takes 183 by 213, that is what goes in it.

Every room the same build, the same depth, the same feel. A guest moving between properties finds the same bed.

A comfort layer you replace, not a mattress
The top five centimetres are what wear. Renew the layer and the core stays. Across a hundred rooms that is the difference between a refurbishment and a delivery.

The specification
One build, every room.
Thirty five centimetres. A twenty centimetre seven-zone pocket spring core with 1.8 and 2.0mm wire, 2.0mm under the hips and shoulders, a fifteen centimetre comfort section above it, and a 400 gram cool-knit cover zipped the whole way round.
The comfort layer lifts out, which is why the core carries a twenty five year guarantee and why an estate is renewed rather than replaced.

17 sizes as standard
Anything with both dimensions at or under 213 centimetres can be quoted.

How an order works
Five stages

Specification
Sizes, quantities, and any variation on the standard build. We will send a sample to the property if it helps the decision.

Quotation
Priced against quantity, with delivery scheduled to your dates rather than ours.
03
Production
Built to the order. Lead times are confirmed at quotation and held.
04
Delivery and installation
Room by room, unrolled and positioned. Old mattresses removed and recycled on the same visit.
05
Renewal
Comfort layers reordered as the estate needs them, without replacing a single core.
