Adjust to Desire
Adjust to Desire. A year to get the feel right. Tell us how it should feel and we send the layer that takes you there, with our compliments. It stays with you.
Layers stay with you
Every comfort layer we send is yours to keep. We do not ask for the previous layer back.
Not a warranty claim
Adjust to Desire is a tailoring service. It is not a defect, and it does not use the core warranty.
How many layers
We adjust the feel for a year from delivery. There is no set number of layers. We send the layer that takes you there until the bed is right, or until you ask us to stop.
Return window
100 nights to return it. Collection and recycling, £119.
No charge in the first 14 days.
Emperor is not covered by the 100 night return. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.
Comfort layer
A comfort layer ordered later has its own lead time.
